Seabuckthorn, Mango & Cashew Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

Serves 2

 

1 large banana
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup cashews, soaked overnight
1 teaspoon of Arctic Sea Buckthorn Powder
1 cups of chosen milk
Small pinch of vanilla powder

 

Note:

Soak your cashews to make the smoothie more creamy, easier to blend, and easier to digest. Just place the cashews into a bowl, cover with water, soak for at least 4 hours or overnight, and rinse before preparing the smoothie. Easy!

To make the Smoothie:

1. Blend the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

2. Divide the smoothie into 2 glasses, garnish with some berries if you like!
