Slay It Juice
  • Coconut water - 100-200ml
  • Fresh spinach - big handful
  • Half an avocado
  • Quarter of a cucumber
  • Large teaspoon raw honey

 

Move It Juice
  • Coconut water -100-200ml
  • Celery sticks x2
  • Raw ginger root – approx. 2”
  • Swiss Chard – 3 big leaves
  • Frozen pineapple – a few chunks

 

Shake It Smoothie
  • Full fat greek yoghurt – 1 cup
  • 1 scoop low fat vanilla ice cream
  • 1 large banana
  • 3 large tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder
