125 ml or 1/2 cup of coconut milk
2 riped medium avocados
5 tbsp cacao powder
50 g dark or 1/4 cup chocolate(50% cacao or baking chocolate)
A pinch of salt
(Optional) Sweetener: 5 dates or 1/4 cup maple syrup
(Optional) 1 tbsp of vanilla
Toppings - anything you want! Nuts, coconut slices, melted chocolate, fruit....
1. First melt the chocolate, and then put everything in the blender, until it becomes completely smooth.
2. Serve in small cups or glasses and let it rest for a couple of hours in the fridge, it will become thicker and creamy.
To make a sweeter version, you can add maple syrup or dates to the ingredients, just consider that if you use dates you may want to add a bit more of milk to get a smoother consistency.
